Yes, I am running a 64bit operating system. Also Reaper has builtin abilities to use 32 bit plugins in the 64 bit version and 32 bit plugins in the 64 bit version.

Closing the plugin is no problem. I didn't try to minimize it, though I think I noticed there was no minimize button. Not unusual for an effects plugin in Reaper, I don't think any of them can be minimized, but if I want 2 effects visible at the same time, yours will always be the top one. Normally when I want more than one plugin open on the screen at a time, the most recently clicked is the one on top. Certainly if Reaper is open but I'm using any other application, all of the Reaper effects / windows are capable of being covered by whatever is the current window, except for your reverb which remains the top most window as long as your plugin is open.
