I got mine (the 'Ecorder') as part of a kickstarter for about $500 (it's a full-fledged digital recorder). I am sure with the ingenuity of Chinese mass production these days you can find some sort of breath controller USB device just for the breath data for a pittance. You might be able to find a breath controller specifically for your keyboard on Ebay now... worth at least looking!
I know the wind controllers from some major companies are still a few hundred dollars at least and are only really useful if you know the fingerings. The reason I got mine is that I know recorder fingerings well enough to get by on it.
Oh, OK so that's the Ecorder you posted about. I guess wind controllers include a breath controller by their very nature, for some reason I thought you were talking about a "headset with a tube" type of breath controller, which was what I was looking for at the time. Basically a breath-controlled expression "pedal". I don't know if it would make sense for me to get an actual wind controller, as I'm completely unfamiliar with keyed wind instruments.
