Is there any decent free piano Vi?

Hi all! I hope all is ok for you and your family with this quarantine thing going....
Is there any decent free piano Vi? I was trying to install Piano One by Sound Magic on my system but it isn't detected in Reaper (facepalm). Maybe I will have to create my own patch on TX16WX.
What do you recommend me doing?

Piano One works fine in REAPER here but for some reason it shows up as "NeoPiano". Maybe that's why you can't find it?

Otherwise, I think Estate Grand LE for Sforzando is pretty great.

That Estate Grand looks good. In my case Piano One doesn't load neither as Piano one or as Neo Piano, is the first time that I have a problem with a plugin in REAPER.
I just found this and It is great and the SFZ version loads on Tx16Wx http://ivyaudio.com/Piano-in-162
Is is pretty heavy on the CPU but if you have TX16WX Pro you can enable the multi-thread processing and increase the polyphony. I am only testing it with the close mic position, both mic positions would kill my ultrabook.

It's more deeply sampled than I need so I created a stripped down version of it for myself.

I just realised that VCSL from Versilian Studios comes with some multi-velocity sampled pianos that are actually quite good.

I also recommend Salamander. It's excellent. In VCSL, the Steinway and Knight pianos are both pretty good.

If you like Salamander but want a smaller memory footprint, try the Slender Salamander .

Someone has just created an SFZ version of Maestro Concert Grand

Previously it was only available in GIG and Kontakt formats, so this makes it a lot more widely usable.

I'm also trying out some of the other pianos at https://sfzinstruments.github.io/pianos/.  On a first play through, I'm very impressed with Splendid Grand Piano.  It sounds good and plays beautifully, and thanks to using FLAC for the samples it's only 77 MB.  (The original version was 256 MB.)
