I wouldn't be too concerned wether you should call yourself a noob or not. Just keep doing what you do, and feel free to ask for advice, feedback, or proof listening any time you feel like you need to.
As to orchestral reverb, I have a tiny tip: A good reverb should sound like you pull back the microphone from the instrument. I, for one, am still not 100% fluent in dialling reverbs, but trying to listen for that sonic cue has helped me a lot.
