Cool if it works there are a couple more violin section pitch fix patches I can upload.

The pitch error is fixed but I have to locate the sample files manually, and upon loading the GUI is broken (i.e. all the image files are missing).

Ah crud... I thought that would work.

I feel a little stupid for not thinking of this sooner, but I just realized I can hook up my Keystation Mini 32 (that's been gathering dust for over a year) and use it as a dedicated keywswitch controller. Smile

Damn, that's absolutely brilliant. I kinda want to try that too now, haha.  Cool

Well it certainly makes life easier. One of my main gripes with keyswitches has always been the octave-flipping up and down to get to the KS keys. Maybe I should add a second one on the right for keyswitches that are in the upper octaves...

You can move the keyswitches around the keyboard by clicking and dragging on the icon below the lock icon in the bottom left corner of the instrument GUI. You can then either save the patch or save a snapshot with the change, and it should also remain if you set it up in a template as such.

Sweet! I'm loving that setup.

Great tip, thanks! I didn't know that.

That's what drove me to create a version of my library that doesn't need key switches any more (with the exception of pizzicato), but have you read about Reaticulate?

I haven't tried it myself yet, but if I end up using another library that uses key switches, I'll be giving it a try. Having key switches appear in the MIDI editor CC lane seems like a better way to manage it.
