Does anyone here know of any free and open samples of solo woodwind key clicks?

The only free ones I can think of are the ones that come with the Maestro Clarinet and the Hephaestus Sounds Oboe.

Yep, I have the Maestro Clarinet ones but they're not free and open, and the Hephaestus thingy is Kontakt only so I can't extract them.
Not a big deal by any means, I was just looking to add a little flavor to some freebie solo woodwinds. It's strange though that there aren't more around. One would think it would be a trivial matter recording some key clicks -- that's kind of like guitar fret noise, or inhales from a vocal take -- but I guess I'm kind of weird

I have some if you want them... I also can sample some fresh for you- I just so happen to have a clarinet and two flutes nearby, hehe.

Sorry about the delay, Mattias... here are some close mic'd key noises- first a flute, then slide, then pistons, then large padded keys (ophicleide, standing in for sax), then finally a few different keyless flute-type instruments-
