Ok, no problem. Here are the ones I've found. There's a lot of them, though most should be pretty quick.
Pipe Organ: Specify notes by name instead of number. Also, how do you want to handle the pedals? Should those be separate articulations? If so, then move them into their own folders.
Upright Piano, Knight: Specify notes by name instead of number
TX81Z: Specify layers as vl1, vl2, etc.
Wine Glasses: Add note names. Split the samples into two folders called "Sustains" and "Releases".
Balafon: Specify layers as vl1, vl2, etc.
Cajon: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Claps: Put everything in one folder and rename to show what's actually going on: a single articulation with two "notes". The first is a group clap with six round robins, the other is a solo clap with four velocity layers.
Gong 2: Rename files to clarify which are velocity layers, which are round robins, and which are separate notes.
Hand Chimes: Specify notes by name instead of numbers.
Shaker, Small: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Slapstick: Rename files to clarify which are velocity layers, which are round robins, and which are separate notes.
Tambourine 3 - Legacy: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Tambourine 4 - Legacy: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Tambourine 5 - Legacy: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Tubular Bells 1: Capitalize note names.
Tubular Bells 3 - Legacy: Capitalize note names.
Vibraslap: Rename files to clarify which are velocity layers, which are round robins, and which are separate notes.
Woodblock: Rename files to clarify which are velocity layers, which are round robins, and which are separate notes.
Bass Drum 3 - Legacy: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Darbuka: Specify layers as vl1, vl2, etc. and round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Legacy Snares: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Legacy Toms: Specify round robins as rr1, rr2, etc.
Timpani 1: Add note names.
